The reason I blog...

"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and
keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh
your memory of these meaningful, significant things. Some of them may be funny.
Some may be of significance only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly
beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of
special experience."

Clayton's 2nd Birthday!

I'm a little behind on this post...

Clayton turned 2 years old on Monday, September 22, 2008! We had a little get together with family and friends for cake and ice-cream. Speaking of cake...I can't believe how much they sell cakes for these days!! It's ridiculous...especially when they screw up your order and when the writing on the cake looks like your two year old wrote it!! I think Joey and I decided that from know on...we will bake our own cakes! Especially when you spend that much to have half of it not eaten! Anyways, Clayton still enjoyed his "Lightning McQueen" birthday cake! Thanks everyone for coming! Clayton got some really nice gifts...his favorites were the (annoying) chicken that Auntie Mo-Mo and Uncle Poot got him...(you guys just wait til you have kids!!), the hunter Dan toys, his crashing car, and his Batman PJ's!! My favorites were the much needed warm weather clothes!! I can't believe that our little guy is already 2!! He is growing up so fast! Here are a few pics from our fun birthday bash!!

Auntie Mo-Mo and Uncle PootHe finally got his "McQueen"!Playing with my hunting guy and eating some cake! Mommy was smart and stripped me down!
